Caldera Resources Inc. (CAEFF) Receives Exploration License in Armenia

Caldera Resources, Inc. reported that the company has received a mineral exploration license at the Marjan West Project area in the Republic of Armenia. The company is required to submit an exploration plan within five months of receiving the license. Caldera Resources said that the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources issued Exploration License No. 106 to Biomine LLC, the company’s subsidiary in Armenia. The license covers nineteen square kilometers and has a term of five years. Beacon Equity Research: FSI International (FSII) Q4 Earnings fall Sharply

FSI International Inc., a designer, manufacturer and marketer of equipment used in fabrication of microelectronics, reported a sharp decline in fourth-quarter net income primarily due to a change in product mix and costs related with initial product placements for customers. FSI’s net income for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011 fell from $6.6 million, or $0.17 per share, to $1.8 million, or $0.05 per share.
