Global Health Voyager, Inc. (GLHV) Executes MOU to Purchase Assets of PlanetHospital

On Wednesday, Global Health Voyager, Inc. announced that they entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on September 1, 2011 with PlanetHospital (PH) to acquire all the PlanetHospital assets from Healthcare International Network, LLC. Terms of the transaction, a pure asset purchase with no ties to any existing liabilities, were not disclosed. The expectation is that the deal will close on or before October 1, 2011.
