Epazz, a leading provider of cloud based business software solutions, today reminded long-term shareholders that the record date for Project Flex Spin-off will be September 15, 2013. Taglich Brothers Reiterates Buy Rating on OxySure Systems, Inc. (OXYS); Target Price $2.10 Per Share

OxySure Systems, a medical technology company that has pioneered an FDA-approved solution to produce medically pure oxygen from dry, inert powders for emergency/short duration use, was reiterated with a Speculative Buy rating from analysts at Taglich Brothers.
