Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. (DSNY) Closer to Patents for Watermark Technology

Destiny Media Technologies, developer of the Play MPE® system used by the recording industry for secure distribution of music, announced that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has issued an office action expressing the view that 11 of the 20 currently pending claims in the company’s pending watermark patent application recite allowable subject matter.
