Norsat International Inc., a leading provider of broadband communications solutions, today announced that one of its Ka-Band BUCs was recently used in an antimatter study called the ALPHA (Antihydrogen Laser Physics Apparatus) experiment at the CERN Laboratory near Geneva, Switzerland. Two Longstanding Southeast Financial Institutions to Merge

Hancock Holding Company (HBHC), parent company of Hancock Bank, today announced its definitive agreement with Whitney Holding Corp. (WTNY), in which Whitney will merge into Hancock in a stock-for-stock transaction.
