Seven Arts Pictures (SAPX) Announces Production and Distribution Agreement with Three UK-based Film Companies

Seven Arts Pictures, an independent motion picture production and distribution company, recently announced the completion of a production and distribution agreement with investors in the United Kingdom. This agreement is intended to raise capital for the production and distribution costs for future motion pictures and acquisitions. After successfully completing the first tranche of the investment on August 26, 2009, Seven Arts Pictures closed the balance of the transaction on December 27, 2009. Cushing MLP Total Return Fund (SRV) to Raise $1.9 Million In Stock Offering

The Cushing MLP Total Return Fund announced a public offering of 250,000 shares of common stock at $7.56 per share. The fun expects to receive $1.9 million in net proceeds from the offering, and will use the funds to invest in adherence with its objectives.
